Fabiola Lopez ACE-CPT, AFFA
Fabiola is an American Council of Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and a certified Aerobics and Fitness Association of America Fitness Instructor. She maintains Instructor Certifications from the Arthritis Foundation for both land and water exercise, and she is an ACE-qualified Clinical Exercise Specialist for older populations. During her twenty-plus years of experience in the fitness field, she has studied Medical Assistantship and been trained as a Pilates Instructor. Though her love for fitness instruction keeps Fabiola pretty busy, when not teaching classes or training her clients she enjoys walking on the MKT trail and running with her husband Joe and her two sons David and Daniel. Seeing her family active and healthy has convinced her of the benefits of exercise, and she would love nothing more than to share those benefits with everyone. Fabiola understands that everyone's story and needs are unique, and she is ready and waiting to talk and train with you!
Lauren Oakley ACE
Lauren is a graduate from Southeast Missouri State University with a BS in Health Management with an emphasis in Exercise Science. She is currently going back to school to get a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Missouri. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and is CPR certified through the American Red Cross. Lauren has worked with a variety of different populations ranging from small children to older adults on both land and in the pool. Her training methods are based on the needs of the client, weight loss, toning, flexibility and balance, overall health, pre and post-natal and basic instruction. If you are willing to work hard she will help you reach your goals.

Anne Sievers
Anne received her Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and Communications as well as her Master's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Michigan. Anne was a world-class swimmer for the University of Michigan and the United States concluding her career as a 5-time Big Ten Champion and 10-time All-American. She was a two-time Olympic trials finalist and competed on several international teams representing the USA. Anne spent four seasons coaching men's and women's swimming at the University of Missouri, overseeing team training both in and out of the water. During those four seasons, both teams improved nationally. Anne would enjoy the opportunity to share her creativity toward fitness with you. As a parent of two young children, she understands the benefits of both pre- and post-natal exercise. She wants to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be and has the energy to do so if you are willing!
