How do I register for the 2007 2008 indoor season?
First: Download 3 forms: (1)Program Information Form (2)MAC Soccer Maintenance/Waiver form (3)Age group Registration form or team registration form
Second: Mail or bring completed forms (2&3) with payment to the MAC before the start of the session
(2900 Forum Blvd, use FIT entrance closest to the tennis courts)
