Show Me Games 2008

What do you need?
1. Everyone needs a registration form (forms available online at SMSG.org or at the MAC)
2. Birth certificate or driver's license
3. Registration fee
All forms must be in by July 11

Age Groups practice times and registration fees:
U6 Practice MON 7/14 and WED 7/16 6:00-7 :00 games July 19-20 cost $50.00
U7 Practice TUES 7/15 and THUR 7/17 6 :00-7:00 games July 19-20 cost $50.00
U8 practice TUES 7/15 and THUR 7/17 6;00-7:00 games July 19-20 cost $50.00
U9 practice TUES 7/15 and THUR 7/17 6:00- 7:00 games July 19-20 cost $50.00

U10 practice games July 19-20 cost $40.00
U11 games July 26-27 cost $40.00

Over 40 Games July 19-20 cost $40.00
Over 30 Games July 26-27 cost $40.00
Coed Games July 26-27 cost $45.00
Men's Open Games Aug 2-3 cost $40.00
Over 50 Games Aug 2-3 cost $40.00
