Cathy graduated from Truman State University in 2008 with her BS in Exercise Physiology. She is ACSM Health Fitness Specialist certified. Her interests include nutrition, metabolism, and strength training. She is currently studying for the ACSM Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer (CIFT) exam and specialize in physical and cognitive disabilities.

Scott Croom B.S. ACE-CPT

Always good for a laugh, Scott graduated from Central Methodist College with a Bachelors in Physical Education and a Minor in Health Education. Scott holds a Certified Personal Trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise. Scott approaches his personal training with a goal to improve overall health and wellness. His specialty includes pre and post-natal exercise, weight management, small group circuit training, and an uncanny ability to keep you coming back for more!





Chris HaydayChris Hayday B.S., B.S.
With a value on education, Chris has obtained two Bachelors degrees from the University of Missouri, Political Science and Psychology. Chris holds a certification from the American Red Cross in CPR/AED administration, and is currently scheduled to take the certification exam from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Upon graduating from college, Chris spent the next 15 years as a political consultant, only to learn that politicians aren't nearly as good at taking advice as those who are trying to become fitter, thinner, and stronger. Chris believes that for workouts to be successful, they must be consistent; this means variety and enjoyment. An avid runner, he is particularly interested in working with other endurance athletes and teaching them the benefits of strength training. When not helping clients reach their fitness goals, Chris is probably on the Trail training for his next marathon.


Neisha HairstonNeisha Hairston MS ATC LAT

Neisha received her Bachelors Degree from The University of Missouri in Nutrition and Fitness and her Masters Degree in Intercollegiate Athletics from Kansas State. Neisha is a NATABOC Certified Athletic Trainer and Licensed in the State of Missouri. She is also a certified Professional Rescuer by the American Red Cross. With a sports medicine background, Neisha specializes in pre and post injury rehabilitation, core stability, and speed and agility. She strives to help her clients meet their goals and help them in everyday living activities. Neisha is the Director of Wilson’s Xceleration Sports Performance Training. She enjoys working with athletes of all ages, abilities, skill, and sports. She pushes and prepares to take the athlete to the next level!

Jared recently obtained his bachelors degree in Nutrition and Fitness from the University of Missouri which involves extensive coursework in nutrition and exercise science. Jared is a registered Certified Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and current on his American Red Cross CPR. Jared specializes in sports training with athletes of all ages and experience, care and prevention of injuries, body sculpting, weight loss, and nutritional advice. He has swam competitively for 17 years, ran 13 marathons (including 5 Boston Marathons with a 2% top finish), 2 Iron Man Triathlon, and is a USA Triathlon All American. During those years, he has also had the opportunity to work with many elite athletes from all levels, ages, and special populations.

Mindaloo Neumann CES, CP-CPT
Mindaloo is NASM-CPT certified, graduated top of her class from National Personal Trainers Institute of S.F. (NPTI), Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Chronic Pain & Malalignment Specialist. She is no stranger to pain. She has experienced major surgeries and chronic pain. Through her own injuries, she learned that with every injury comes compensatory malalignments which causes pain. After graduating from Culver-Stockton College, Stephen obtained his personal training certification from AFAA. Being a competitive and collegiate athlete, Stephen likes to train at a high intensity. He believes in functional training that helps clients in everyday activities. Which keeping the mood light and the training serious, he strives to help clients meet their goals.




Evelina Slatinska
After completing her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management in South -West University in Bulgaria, Evelina obtained her second Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from Central Methodist University with a Minor in Economics. After an amazing college running career, Evelina choose to stay at Central Methodist University as a Cross Country/Middle& Long Distance Coach and obtained her Master Degree in General Education.

In 2009 Evelina was recognized as a Heart of America Athletic Conference Cross Country Men’s Coach of the Year. During the period between 2007 and 2010, she coached seven NAIA Championship qualifiers, five All- American athletes, six All-Academic athletes, and numerous runners who earned All-HAAC Conference honors.

During her running career at Central Methodist, she earned five individual NAIA national titles and 12 NAIA All-American honors -- the most in school history. She won back-to-back titles in the indoor mile and outdoor 1500 meters in 2003 and 2004.  She also won the 2003 outdoor 5000 title. In cross country, she was a three-time runner-up at the NAIA national meet.

A native of Sofia, Bulgaria, she represented her country in the Balkan Games, European Cup and World Cup. In 1998, she was the 1500 champion at the Balkan Games. Evelina was also the Bulgarian champion in the 800, 1500, 3000, and half marathon from 1996 to 2002.

Jeff has received his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Jeff is also current with his American Red Cross CPR administration certification. Jeff has been personal training for 17 years. In that time, he has helped individuals from professional athletes, to soccer moms and their kids. His training methods stress the synergetic relationship between resistance training, cardiovascular and a sound nutrition plan. He is a firm believer that the single most important component for physical transformation and athletic success in individualization. Results come by design, not by chance.




Raashad ThompkinsRaashad Thompkins B.S. ACE-CPT
Raashad graduated from Southwest Baptist University with a major in Sports Management and a Minor in Sports Administration. Raashad is recognized by the American Council on Exercise as a Certified Personal Trainer and holds his American Red Cross CPR/AED administration certification Raashad was a 4 year starter for Southwest as a defensive safety and corner. He is a very outgoing person with a contagious personality. Raashad specializes in large group circuit training as well as group and one on one sessions. He does not care about your ability level or age, as long as you set goals and strive to achieve them.


Gail TweeddaleGail Tweeddale PTA, ACE-CPT
Gail's education includes an Associates Degree and State of Missouri Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant. In addition, she has been extensively trained in John Barnes Myofacial Release 1 & 2 as well as being a McKinzie spine treatment specialist. Her personal training certification comes from the American Council on Exercise. Since she has practiced as a Physical Therapy Assistant for 24 years, Gail has a thorough understanding of the spine function and corrective measures for posture and other orthopedic issues. Gail loves personal training and witnessing first hand the progress people make in their overall health and well being.
