Always good for a laugh, Scott graduated from Central Methodist College with a Bachelors in Physical Education and a Minor in Health Education. Scott holds a Certified Personal Trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise. Scott approaches his personal training with a goal to improve overall health and wellness. His specialty includes pre and post-natal exercise, weight management, small group circuit training, and an uncanny ability to keep you coming back for more!

Kory has obtained his bachelors in athletic training with an emphasis on exercise physiology from William Woods University. His personal training certifications include a National Council of Strength and Fitness Certified Personal Trainer and current CPR from the American Red Cross. Kory graduated High School in 2001 and then attended Moberly Area Community College for two year before finishing his degree at William Woods University in 2006. He is interested furthering his education by attending Graduate School to receive a Masters in Exercise Science or Education. Outside 1 on 1 personal training, Kory specializes in youth group training as well as Pilates instruction.

Left Align Chris Hayday B.S., B.S.
With a value on education, Chris has obtained two Bachelors degrees from the University of Missouri, Political Science and Psychology. Chris holds a certification from the American Red Cross in CPR/AED administration, and is currently scheduled to take the certification exam from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Upon graduating from college, Chris spent the next 15 years as a political consultant, only to learn that politicians aren’t nearly as good at taking advice as those who are trying to become fitter, thinner, and stronger. Chris believes that for workouts to be successful, they must be consistent; this means variety and enjoyment. An avid runner, he is particularly interested in working with other endurance athletes and teaching them the benefits of strength training. When not helping clients reach their fitness goals, Chris is probably on the Trail training for his next marathon.

Jared recently obtained his bachelors degree in Nutrition and Fitness from the University of Missouri which involves extensive coursework in nutrition and exercise science. Jared is a registered Certified Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and current on his American Red Cross CPR. Jared specializes in sports training with athletes of all ages and experience, care and prevention of injuries, body sculpting, weight loss, and nutritional advice. Gail’s education includes an Associates Degree and State of Missouri Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant. In addition, she has been extensively trained in John Barnes Myofacial Release 1 & 2 as well as being a McKinzie spine treatment specialist. Her personal training certification comes from the American Council on Exercise. Since she has practiced as a Physical Therapy Assistant for 24 years, Gail has a thorough understanding of the spine function and corrective measures for posture and other orthopedic issues. Gail loves personal training and witnessing first hand the progress people make in their overall health and well being.
