GROUP CYCLING DESCRIPTION

Journey: A combination of intervals and hill training for the cycling enthusiast or anyone who like to sweat.
Endurospin: This Journey will rotate from a 60 minute intense class to a 90 minute class with endurance as the goal. The 90 minute version will be on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.
Express Spin: A shortened version of our Journey class.
Cycle Strength: Start off in the cycling room but end up in the aerobics room for some functional cycling strength moves.

*Please sign up for class at the front desk. List available 30 minutes prior to class.
*Towel and water are a must.
*Gel seats and padded shorts add comfort to the ride.
*S.P.D. adaptable cycling shoes add comfort to the feet. Why? Hard sole vs. Soft sole.
*Heart rate monitors add much to your class but are not mandatory.
*If it is your first time attending class, see the instructor for bike set up.
*A smile. If you don't have one going in, you will coming out!
*Saturday Cycling classes are 45 minuts long and will reamin on the schedule with 15 + member support.
*Schedule subject to change due to low attendance, instuctor injury, or instructor availability.
