TESTIMONIALS
I am a 58 year old, female, and training client of Audra Jones. I have a bit of arthritis in some joints, a pre-osteoporosis diagnosis (as most women my age) and I take NO prescribed medications. I rarely get ill (possibly just good genes?) (Or may it be true that exercise does improve the immune system?) And try to keep my medical life as simple as possible. Last month Audra invited me to join two other strong women to try a Trio Training. I was feeling a bit secure about my strength and endurance accomplished by working independently but thought the change would be good. After one session with these two other women, I quickly faced my weaknesses. I think I had maintained my strength working on my own, but was not disciplined or properly educated in physical movement to make gains. After 5 weeks of working with my Trio group I can feel the many improvements. Audra has improved my form which relates to all my daily activities away from the gym. My weakest joints (the knees) have noticeably improved and I am using the correct muscles to support the joints. (Yea! So much better than surgery!!!) I am proud that I can stand on the Bozu (half ball thing) with weights and can maintain a minute of repetitive muscle work and have increased my weights. (I am still working on muscle education to do a correct lunge!) But mostly I am so glad I can pick up and carry my 30lb. grand-daughter and play "all fall down" with her and, my goodness, she even made me HOP! I have found the Trio Training to work so very well for me and my two partners. We waste no time during our session as Audra has well planned our actions, and yet we each receive as much individual attention as we need. Luckily, we each are inspired to work hard and prefer not to be coddled just because we are over 50! I think we are successful because we are not trying to achieve a "youthful beauty" through exercise, but we are inspired to continuing our "glorious aging" in strong bodies! So find an exercise buddy (to get to the gym with), and find two other people with your goals and do the Trio! See you at the gym, and thank you Audra!-Leslie U.
I've been a part of a tag team under Audra's watchful eye for several years and more recently, a trio team. Audra is amazing. The things I appreciate the most about her are:
1. She's so adaptable. For instance, she is the first to train a trio team. It seems we get an even more intense workout when there are three of us than when there were two. I highly recommend the trio team concept.
2. She always pays attention to form, always!
3. She has something new and different for our work out routine each time we meet.
4. She seems to know how far to push each of us individually so that we make progress each time we work out, always taking into consideration our abilities and our weaknesses.
5. Audra is ALWAYS upbeat, always alert, always interested in how we are doing.
6. She is a ray of sunshine.
I will be 65 this year, and have been a member of Wilson's Total Fitness for over 25 years. I believe my time spent in weight training, cardio, Pilates and Yoga have given me a quality of life that I would not have otherwise -- high energy level, better flexibility, stronger bones, more strength, fewer aches and pains, clearer mind, fewer prescription drugs. Audra has inspired and encouraged me to try harder to be healthy and strong.

I am a 71 year old woman who hates to exercise. In the past I have joined a number of exercise clubs and I usually would last a couple of weeks or so. I know the benefits of exercise, so I would continue to try over and over. My son and his wife work for Wilson's part-time and I asked them to recommend a personal trainer. They each recommended Audra Jones without hesitation - and they were correct. She motivates me, is patient and careful and perhaps most importantly of all, she no doubt has a very thorough knowledge of the human body and of the equipment provided by the club. I now look forward to my scheduled appointments just to see her and get a thorough work-out. My family cannot believe that Mom has stuck with her work-outs this long (1.5 years). Without Audra, I admit I might not have continued this long.
