Parisi has been training youth for success for over 30 years. Whether your success is getting your child up and active and excited to move their body or if it’s helping your athlete take their game to the next level, we’d love to help make it happen.

Our proven PM4 methodology has helped coaches and teams from all sports not only improve their game, but their self-confidence and character. These positive attributes will serve your child well through life. No matter your child’s skill level, we will set them on the path to success, and most importantly set them up to be exceptional men and women. Using many of the same techniques our founder used to train professional teams, we can help your child, athlete, or team or athlete benefit from his proven success.

PeeWee: A little speedsters program (ages 4-6)
Focus: Motor skill development, problem solving, athletic movement, self-esteem building
This class teaches the fundamental athletic movements to children. This class integrates age appropriate educational strategies with motivational coaching. This program will develop critical motor skills and problem solving abilities while building self-esteem, having fun and burning some energy.

Jump Start Program: (ages 6-11)
Focus: Sets an early athletic foundation

The Parisi Jump Start program is taught by certified Parisi Performance Coaches and utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation, improve their coordination, agility and self-esteem. Our signature speed and strength training methods are serious, but all in a fun and friendly environment to ensure your member is engaged and motivated to give 110%.

Our Performance Coaches are specifically trained to motivate and challenge the young athlete, while providing age-level safe and appropriate training techniques and corrections that set a foundation for good life-time habits.

Jump Start is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition.

Total Performance: (ages 12-16)
Focus: Signature programming that provides maximum foundational improvement to support athletic performance

The Parisi Total Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date research on safe athlete training techniques and injury prevention as it foundation. This program uses our signature speed and strength training methods and cutting-edge coaching techniques from certified Parisi Performance Coaches to produce maximum improvements in fitness. At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus per session. These are:

Linear Speed: Parisi’s signature straight-ahead acceleration and top-speed running techniques.

Multi Directional Speed: Agility and ability to decelerate and move in any direction quickly.

Full Body Strength: Strength training exercises for muscle development and injury prevention.

Elite: (approval from Parisi coach) 
Focus: Training focused on unlocking an athlete’s full potential 

Parisi Elite was created for elite athletes who aspire to compete at the highest levels. The program focuses on each individual’s needs and desired improvements for his or her specific sport. PEAK can be added to our Jump Start and Total Performance programming to provide a comprehensive athlete training program or it can stand on its own to work only on specific needs.

PEAK has an intense focus on specific strength and speed training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration. The training is unmatched in its intensity. It utilizes advanced training methodologies and tools to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus and reach new heights of athletic performance. PEAK athletes are assigned to a specific Parisi Certified Performance Coach who monitors progress and plans progression programming specific to the athlete and his/her progress.

Until you know your current level of ability, it is impossible to realistically recommend programming, create goals and monitor progress. The Parisi Performance Evaluation is critical to every member in our program in order to assess the current level of an athlete’s ability and place each person in the correct class.

During the evaluation, you are taught our signature Active Dynamic Warm-Up, are examined during our Running Analysis procedure, and tested in a battery of physical speed and strength movements. After the evaluation, every athlete and parent meets individually with the Evaluator to review the results and select the appropriate program where they would succeed.
