ROWING CLASSES

Rowing, Riding, and TRX. This 45-minute class incorporates variable-intensity intervals of these three modalities, combining strength and cardio into a fun, energetic cross-training workout. Using our WaterRowers, TRX suspension training, and Stages bikes, this class is a low-impact workout, ideal for everyone!

Calisthenics, Rowing, and TRX. Quickly increase your strength, power, and endurance through intervals of cardio and body-weight exercises, using just your body or TRX (Total Resistance Exercises) suspension straps.

Calisthenics, Rowing, and Flexibility. A full-body cross training experience, combining bodyweight strength training and cardiovascular exercise, then bringing balance and flexibility through yogic breathing and poses.

Turning the focus to the glutes, legs, core, and arms, this 45-minute workout utilizes our WaterRower for cardio and strength training, and the ballet barre for stability, balance, and support as we shape and tone.

45-minutes of interval training, using TRX (Total Resistance Exercises) suspension straps and WaterRowers to develop strength, balance, flexibility, core stability, and cardio capacity simultaneously. A low-impact, effective full-body workout!
